In this season,the dominant color was Black and White.Most of cloths are used Achromatic scheme.The combination of black and white, it made a strong comparison.However, it was the most classic complementary colors.
As we can see the first picture,Lacroix used black,white and grey as the dominant color,but he added the red accessories.The dominant colors are low in value,but the red is high in value, it made the whole image became rich but harmony.
Secondly,besides using achromatic scheme, by different value,Lacroix made a series of harmonious.For example,black,grey and blue,these colors are shade.They are the same value,so it made the whole image became balance.
In this case,Lacroix used green as the dominant color.It used the mono-chromatic scheme.He used the same hue,but they are in different chroma.Although it was only one color,because of the change of the chroma, so it looks rich.
